Anneka Jansson

Trainer

Anneka began her riding career almost as soon as she was born and trained with her mother, Susan Jansson. During her junior career, she worked for trainers in the Chicagoland area who allowed fantastic riding opportunities at the AA and A-level horse shows. During her time as a working student she learned countless lessons about horsemanship, riding, and teaching. She participated in the Emerging Athletes Program through USHJA/USEF twice as a junior and has ridden in clinics with Frank Madden, Julie Winkel, Bob Devore, and has audited many more. Throughout her riding career, Anneka has had the opportunity to ride a wide variety of horses, from first jumps to first horse show to a finished horse. This experience has allowed her to become a well-rounded professional and horsewoman. Along with that, Anneka spent time throughout college working as a groom for an A level hunter/jumper barn in the Chicagoland area where she learned even more about grooming and horse care overall.

Since her junior career, Anneka received an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon and has recently moved to the Denver area to start her professional career. With her experience, she excels at teaching and training all levels of riders and horses.
